Who processes your data

The data controller is CrimsonWeb, owned by Mario Kladarich. For any privacy question, write to info@crimsonweb.hr.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, the topic of your enquiry and your message.

On every visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare briefly processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

Why we use it

We use form data only to answer your enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We also send an automatic confirmation to the address you entered.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 12 months after our last exchange. If an enquiry leads to a project, we keep the data for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Who else has access

Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting and email delivery. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf. Transfers outside the EU rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.

This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, receive it in a portable format, or object to its processing. Send your request to info@crimsonweb.hr and we will reply within 30 days.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
